Went to some sort of seminar today. At first was quite frustrated coz I was having a continuously 6 hours class, then after class still need to attend what dumb seminar, but actually was quite fun la, haha XD This seminar is about….hmm….knowing yourself?? Haha.
Heard about DISC before?
“DISC is an acronym for Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Compliant personality styles.” “DISC identifies how people respond to problems, people, pace and procedures.”
“DISC is a model of human behavior that helps us to understand ‘Why people do what they do.’”
So…as you see, is some sort of found out what’s your personality some thing like that la, haha.
And my result is S style – “The Listener”.
The characteristic of S style are loyal, team player, person of substance, family-oriented, high level of trust, possessive, resists change, adapts slowly, competent and stable.
There are still many more but I’m just to lazy to write it all down, hehe =P
Well, in conclusion, the seminar is not that bad la, haha XD
At least I did laugh out loud few times, haha! XP
